Welcome to Golden Hour Tulips!
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Ticket Validity
Tickets are valid only for the specified date and time slot selected during purchase, unless otherwise stated (e.g., Anytime Tickets).

Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be resold.

Refund and Exchange Policy

All ticket sales are final. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued unless the event is canceled by the farm due to unforeseen circumstances.

In the event of a farm closure due to severe weather or other emergencies, tickets may be rescheduled or credited at the discretion of the farm.

Farm Access

Tickets grant access to designated U-Pick areas during the specified time slot. Visitors are required to follow all farm rules and instructions provided by staff.

Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Liability Waiver

Visitors acknowledge and assume any risks associated with visiting a working farm, including uneven terrain, insects, and natural hazards. The farm is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or personal property damage.

Prohibited Activities

Visitors are not permitted to pick tulips outside of designated areas or to engage in any activities that may harm the flowers, fields, or wildlife.

Pets, smoking, and alcohol are prohibited on the farm premises.

Photography, Filming, and Media

By purchasing a ticket, visitors grant the farm permission to capture photographs and videos during their visit. These images and videos may be used for promotional purposes, including social media, advertising, and marketing materials.

If you do not wish to appear in photos or videos, please notify a staff member upon arrival.

Ticket Holder Responsibilities

Visitors must arrive within their designated time slot. Late arrivals may not be accommodated due to capacity limits.

Visitors must present a valid ticket (digital or printed) upon entry.

Right to Refuse Entry

The farm reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any visitor who violates these terms or engages in disruptive behavior.

Privacy Policy

Personal information collected during ticket purchases will be used solely for the purpose of managing reservations and communication. We do not share your information with third parties.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

The farm reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
