**2026 Tulip Season Terms & Conditions**
By purchasing a ticket to Golden Hour Farms LLC (“Golden Hour Tulips”), you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Ticket Validity
Tickets are valid only during operating days and hours of the 2026 Golden Hour Tulip Season. Admission is only permitted while the farm is open to the public.

Transfers and Refund Policy
Tickets are transferable to another person but are non-refundable, unless Golden Hour Farms cancels the entire event day.
If you cannot attend, you are welcome to give your ticket to a friend or family member. If tickets are unused before the season ends, which is determined by crop conditions and weather, no refunds will be issued.

Payment Methods
Golden Hour Farms accepts cash, credit cards, debit cards, and mobile payments such as Apple Pay are accepted for additional tulips, andmerchandise.

Weather Policy
Golden Hour Farms operates rain or shine. In the event of severe or unsafe weather conditions, Golden Hour Farms reserves the right to delay opening, close early, or cancel part or all of a day.

Parking Disclaimer
Parking is located in a farm field. Conditions may be uneven, dusty, or muddy depending on weather. Guests park at their own risk. If a vehicle becomes stuck, the vehicle owner is responsible for arranging and paying for towing services.

Farm Conditions
The farm property is not paved and terrain may be uneven, soft, or muddy. Guests should wear appropriate footwear and use caution when walking throughout the property.

Outside Food and Drink
Outside food and beverages are permitted. Please dispose of all trash in designated containers.

Prohibited Activities
Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the farm property.
Drones are strictly prohibited without prior written permission from Golden Hour Farms.

Pet Policy
Only valid service animals are permitted on the property, in accordance with ADA guidelines. No pets or emotional support animals are allowed.

Photography and Media Release
During your visit, you may be photographed or recorded by Golden Hour Farms staff or contracted media professionals. By entering the property, you grant permission to Golden Hour Farms LLC, its representatives, and partners to use photographs or video of you for lawful promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.

Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver
Guests acknowledge that visiting a working farm involves inherent risks, including but not limited to uneven terrain, farm equipment, animals, weather conditions, and agricultural hazards.
By entering the property, the ticket purchaser or user voluntarily assumes all risks of personal injury, property damage, or death arising from their presence on the premises.
The ticket purchaser or user agrees to release and hold harmless Golden Hour Farms LLC, its owners, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability, including claims of negligence, related to conditions on the property or participation in farm activities.

Privacy Policy

Personal information collected during ticket purchases will be used solely for the purpose of managing reservations and communication. We do not share your information with third parties.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

The farm reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
